What happens if I miss the due date for the Residential Utility invoice?

If you do not make full payment on your Residential Utility invoice by April 30th, a 10% penalty will automatically apply to the balance outstanding on May 1st. If there are Residential Utility amounts outstanding by December 31st the balance plus any penalties will be added to the associated property tax account.
