Public Hearings During COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with Ministerial Order M192, the City will be conducting Public Hearings three ways – through written submissions, by telephone or in person. To watch the Public Hearing, please view the live stream on the City’s website.

Safeguarding public health is our top priority. The City encourages participation through written submissions and telephone to reduce risk of COVID-19 transmission.

In light of provincial limitations on gatherings, the City respectfully requests that only one person per household or organization attend in person as capacity in the Community Centre is limited due to physical distancing requirements. Despite this request, the City will not restrict more than one person from each household or organization from attending in person.
