When you register your little one for one of our preschool programs, you will receive a package that will include:
- Preschool Registration Paperwork (click on button below)
- Affordable Child Care Benefit Information and Paperwork
- Parent Handbook
The first three items on the first page of the preschool registration paperwork are required to be handed in PRIOR to your child's first day of class. This way we are all set and prepared to have them join us for the school year. If you have any questions on any of the forms be sure to contact us or stop in for clarification.
NEW! Easy Paperwork Submission
We have a new easy online option for sending in your registration paperwork. Open the button link below, fill, sign and submit all in one easy process. You will only be required to bring in an updated colour photo for us to add to their profile.
PLEASE NOTE: The Affordable Child Care Benefit paperwork must be submitted by you with your application. This process may take up to 8 weeks to get approval so we highly recommend you submit it will in advance of the start of the school year.
